Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Indigo Cars (indigocars.eu) and clients using our car import services from the USA and Canada.

2. Services

Indigo Cars provides the following services:

• Search and selection of vehicles from US auctions (Copart, IAAI, Manheim)
• Bidding on behalf of the client
• Arrangement of ocean transport to Europe
• Customs clearance and documentation
• Delivery to the end recipient

3. Contract Formation

The contract is deemed concluded upon written confirmation by Indigo Cars and payment of the agreed deposit. An inquiry via the contact form or phone does not constitute a binding contract.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are indicative until an official quote is issued. The final price includes the auction price, transport, customs fees and the service fee. Payment is made in the agreed manner and within the deadlines specified in the contract.

5. Delivery Times

The indicated timeframes (45–60 days) are approximate and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, customs delays, port congestion). Indigo Cars is not liable for delays caused by third parties.

6. Liability

Indigo Cars is responsible for the vehicle from the moment of purchase until handover to the client. We are not liable for hidden defects described in the auction documents (Title, VIN history). We recommend a prior check of the vehicle's history.

7. Cancellation

In case of cancellation after a won auction, the client is liable for the auction fee and all costs incurred up to the point of cancellation. Cancellation terms are arranged individually in the contract.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement, or if not possible, before the competent court in Sofia.
